Dear Southeast Neighbors Board, Members, and Friends,

Written testimony on the Spring Village Estates PUD, at the corner of East 43rd Ave. & Spring Blvd, can still be submitted until 5pm next Tuesday, October 10th.

(Or maybe until Wednesday, October 11 - but let's be on the safe side!)

More later,

Kevin

No decision was made last night. The public hearing was held last night, but
the public record for Spring Village Estates PUD remains open through
Wednesday October 10th at 5pm. So new written comments may be rec'd by me
up until that deadline. Then the applicant has a week after the public
comments are made to provide final comments to the Hearings Official. The
Hearings Official has 15 days to render a decision. That decision would be
mailed to you since you are an "interested party of the record".
Citizens who testified provided additional conditions of approval for the
Hearings Official to consider.
(Please keep asking about who is the "South Hills Defense" fund and how I
can get their correct address.)

Thanks and I hope you get better, take care,
Kent Kullby, Planner, #682-5453.

Dear Kent,

I've been under the weather this week, and haven't been able to keep up a
full schedule. Sorry I missed the hearing yesterday. What's the best way
for us to find out what happened? Is there a separate deadline for written
testimony?

I haven't specifically heard of the 'South Hills Defense Fund'. If you're
still looking, let me know and I can ask around.

Thanks,

Kevin
