I don't have great ideas now, I don't even know where you live, but I called you because I was so surprised in reading your message that I hed to agree with your fight against this waste of natural land...
I'm also surprised that nobody in your city council do anything and allow this uncontrolled parking, as well as I would arrive in your city and I'd park in the main park... Maybe they changed park for parking...
